Returns must be requested within 7–14 days from the date of delivery (you can adjust this period).

• Innerwear, socks, masks, and clearance-sale items
• Customized or made-to-order garments
• Items purchased during special discounts or offers (if mentioned)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with images or videos.

Returns or exchanges due to size issues are accepted only if the product meets return conditions.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return shipping may be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If an incorrect product is delivered, we will arrange a free return or replacement.

All returned items go through a quality inspection before approving refunds or exchanges.

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Returns are not accepted for bulk or wholesale purchases unless there is a manufacturing defect.
